Livestock is selected from local farms and livestock markets by the Managing Partner and processed at our abattoir, which is fully licensed.

Audits by national and local authorities (including RSPCA) are regulary made ensuring hygienic conditions and animal welfare standards are fully observed. Our licensing allows us to process organic meats where we can provide full traceability to show the origin of Cornish  meat. We also provide a service of processing for private producers, where we slaughter, butcher and pack to individual needs for farmer markets, home freezing, etc. For any further information contact us on 01326 377081.
