We are a Cornish wholesale, catering & retail butchers, delivering high quality meat and produce throughout Cornwall and South Devon to customers from various sectors. We also have a local farm shop for you to visit and a collection service at our factory for our local customers, so everyone can enjoy truly local produce.
We only supply the best quality meat, reared by local farmers who are passionate about sustainable ethical agriculture, animal welfare, and traditional farming. Our meat comes straight from the farm to our Abattoir and Cutting plant in Penryn. The highest of animal welfare standards are adhered to and monitored regularly by the Food Standards Agency and the RSPCA. Our animals are always processed using the highest standards. Our beef is hung for 14 days before being packed and further aged of site, to increase the taste and the tenderness.

Operating in accordance with food safety legislation and farm assurance standards, we work with southwest farmers that champion locally and ethically raised produce. We have a fleet of Assured Livestock vehicles and a fully approved on-site Abattoir. So from farm to fork, we can ensure that our customers receive local, ethically produced, and traceable food. If it becomes necessary to source any products from outside the region, we only do so from trusted suppliers with standards as high as our own, and we take great pride ensuring that all of our suppliers meet all of the standards that we adhere to.
